No, actually, it doesn't bring back any memories - never watched any of the old series, it wasn't something a boy would do when I was a kid.

But I was wondering why the opening song sounded unexpectedly badass, considering it's an idol group singing... oh, it's composed by Revo! The Linked Horizon guy! Awesome.
